Survey Issue when editing a submitted survey

Hey all, I am running into an issue where field users are not able to see the correct pictures they have taken at a specific location. When selecting a record where this is present you can see that the picture in the survey is the correct picture, but my web map updates to show a completely different picture for another location. Any ideas what could be causing this?
