After completing surveys on an offline iPad, when I connect to wifi and try to upload I am receiving an upload error: "Send Error - This survey was not able to be sent due to the following error: Do you want to be able to edit this survey?". I have tried clicking yes, then resubmitting, and I have tried clicking no to no avail. Any ideas?
Hi James: I am having issues both signed in and accessing the survey through a link. Our GIS specialist did some experimenting and it seems like our organizational account may actually be the issue - he was able to upload data collected offline with a survey built through a developers account, whereas all of our surveys generated through our org account are not working.
Just tried deleting and reinstalling Survey123 which seemed to do the trick. However, now I am worried about if this happens in the field and we lose all of our data! Any recommendations?
Uninstalling/reinstalling Survey123 shouldn't have had an impact (assuming this way the same version of the software before and after); though it should have forced a new login attempt.
