I followed the directions on setting up my portal in the settings, and then I get the 400 Error. Does this also have to do with Okta? Is there any work around for us? I can't use it with Enterprise and Okta - I can't use it with Portal and Okta? And unfortunately I have no power to remove Okta? Am I just up the creek and can't use this wonderful App?

Which version of Portal are you working with, and are you working with the Windows 10, Android, or iOS version of Survey123?

Hello Robbi,
Randall is spot-on with his instructions to register the Client ID for Survey123 with Portal 10.3.
However, we have also seen issues with people attempting to log into Portal with identity management software, such as Okta, on their network. We have made improvements to this workflow in the next release of Survey123 that should allow you to successfully log into Portal when you have Okta on your network.
So keep an eye out for an announcement for the Beta 3 Release of Survey123!
