I have created a survey form with survey 123 connect which for one asks the user to supply the location of the project they completed with a geopoint. Everything looks as it should, it publishes, and even latitude, longitude, and county "subregion" fields auto-calculate based on a function that uses the geopoint field. My test surveys submit, but when I try and bring the layer into a map viewer I have no points, no geometry. The kicker is that when I open the feature layer in ArcPro the points are visible.
Has anyone seen anything like this and have a solution. Hopefully one that doesn't require me to recreate the survey link url as it has already been given to partners.
Hello @LukeDubois,
Please see this documentation for more information. The issue is query is disabled on the feature service which causes an issue in the map viewer as it is unable to query the data. If you switch to the new map viewer, switch "Editors can't see any features, even those they add" to another choice, or enable Update and/or Delete on the feature service that should resolve the issue.
That was it! Thank you!
Following other similar posts in the community, I have published the following support article which should resolve the issue too:
Ohh thank you both! That was it. I wasn't seeing their submissions because I did have editors cannot see features enabled.
