Survey 123 connect Form Preview Empty

Hi,

I'm having an issue with survey123 Connect. When I create a survey, the the Converting XLSForm progress bar goes to the end, but it continues spinning without ever closing. If I close Survey123 Connect and get back in, I see my survey, but when I click on it to access it, the Form Preview Empty.

I have notice that the xml file related to my survey has 0 KB as it never been created.

Any Idea on what is going on?

Thanks.

Hi Eric,

One thing I would check is the network connectivity to the Survey123 website, which handles the XLS to XML conversion.  Try going to https://survey123.arcgis.com/api/version - you should get:

{"api":{"major":2,"minor":3,"micro":1}}

Hi James,

Thanks for your reply.

I have done the verification with the hyperlink. I'm getting the same as in you reply. I have uninstall and reinstall and still no luck.

That is very strange that reinstalling has not fixed the problem.

If you have other ideas, be welcome.

Thanks.

Eric

Hi James,

This is to let you know that I found what was wrong. The problem was coming form the service setup.

1-The Survey 123 rest api Url was set to the portal for arcgis  I had to test last week instead of "https://survey123.arcgis.com/api "

2-The ignore ssl Errors was set to True.

I had figure that deleting the portal add reset the rest of the parameters, but I was wrong.

So, your network connectivity idea was a good clue.

Thanks
