I have webhooks setup with Power Automate to send emails when surveys are submitted. This works fine if it is a new survey for the first time. However, if I go into the inbox in the S123 app and submit a repeat, it does not trigger anything. I have tested this in Integromat scenarios as well and cannot get it to work there either.
The survey was published with v3.13. Is this a setting that needs to be configured or is it a known limitation?

I may have found the solution, which was just a simple setting to turn on edit mode on the form itself, which allows webhook triggers when existing data is edited in S123. I have tested a couple times and it seems to work so far. Details in this blog post for anyone else searching:
