I am trying to create a if statement (or other function?) that will look at the responses provided for a single select multiple question, and display a particular note based on the responses. I have attached a spreadsheeet with the questions/answers/notes.
I'm not quite sure what the best way to approach this is, I was thinking either using relevant or a calculation, but haven't figured it out yet. Any help is greatly appreciated!
