I'm trying to pull data from our Salesforce database to auto populate some answers in an existing survey 123 form to limit duplicate data entry. I am attempting to set up a web hook with MS Power Automate so that when a contract in Salesforce "Opportunity Stage" changes to "Closed - Won" it will create a flow to populate the appropriate answers in my survey from my Salesforce db. I am able to create the flow successfully in MS Power Automate, at least it seems, but there is no option to tell it which data fields I'd like to pull and where to send them. When I update the object in Salesforce, nothing seems to be happening, so difficult to test. Has anyone had any success doing anything like this before? Would appreciate any guidance as I have not been able to find any help on this. Or perhaps there's a better workflow that I haven't thought about?
