S123 Connect: Publish Options never saved!

Hi All,

Every time I edit and republish my form, I have to set this up as I wanted because S123 connect cannot load predefined setting from the previous publish. Has anyone had the same issue? I just want to publish using what I have in previous publish'

Yes this used to drive me nuts but in the newer versions of Connect it seems to rememeber now.  The screenshot you show looks like the older version.  Try an update.
