S123 Connect 3.13.234 choice list issues

Has there been a change in 3.13.234? prior to this you could use numbers stored as text for choice lists in the name. This doesn't appear to be the case anymore? or is it a bug? Can anyone comment?

I just went to the "Esri Community with what's coming blogs" link and read whats written there.

There is no mention of the issue reported by @ldurland  and I am also impacted by the issue. And I am also not seeing mentioning that the "group behaviour changed" that forced us to fix more than 100 survey forms.
