A user is running into errors while trying to generate a report. This is the current one:
CONT_0027: Item with the same filename already exists. Set uploadInfo.conflictBehavior to replace if you want to overwrite or to rename if you want to keep both and rename this new file. Please see details in the recent tasks panel

Hi,
I have the same problem. I am not able to save a Survey123 Report on Portal, same error as described here even if I select Replace or Rename.
It seems to be a problem with https://arcgis-prd-survey123-use1-reports.s3.us-east-1.amazonaws.com.
