Since last update some inspectors are getting these message when they try to create a report - An error occurred when rendering by the report engine. Failed to render image for ${photo | size:460:0}. Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'width') - They try custon report template and the sampletemplateindividual, and we didn't have success. Does anyone experince the same issues?

  • Does the error occur for all records from those inspectors, or only specific submissions?
  • Has anything changed recently in the survey?

I'm experiencing this. Nothing has changed in my survey or report template. 

The report successfully generated around June 15 with no errors. 

I did confirm it is missing this data: 'OffsetTime' and 'OffsetTimeOriginal' missing ... as mentioned in this post: https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-survey123-questions/survey123-feature-report-error-cannot-read/....

But no body touched the data, so it was missing the data before when it ran smoothly too.
