I am successfully able to use MS Power automate to send an email and inform field staff of a newly submitted survey response. This email includes a link that opens the new response in the app so they can add further information using the below URL:

arcgis-survey123://?itemID=xxxxxxxxxx&action=edit&folder=inbox&update=true&filter=objectid:{objectid}

However, in order to see this new response they must manually refresh their inbox. Is there a way to include a parameter to automate the inbox refreshing? Much like other parameters such as "action=edit" or  "update=true"?

Thanks

Hello @ahargreaves_FW

The update=true parameter is supposed to refresh the inbox, but unfortunately we currently have a defect that's impacting a lot of the custom URL scheme workflows. The defect is BUG-000137679 and is what's preventing the inbox from refreshing when linked to.

Please feel free to reach out to Esri Technical Support to attach yourself to the defect as you'll be able to keep an eye on updates to the issue.

Thank you,
Zach
