A few records were deleted in our feature layer (hosted) by-accident. The field tech, who collected the data also redownloaded the survey so there were no results in the Sent box. We tried "Fix database" but nothing came up.
Is there anything else that we can do or did we lose our data forever?

Can you get the sqlite database off of the device (in ArcGIS\My Surveys\Databases) and attach it here.
I'll see if anything can be extracted.

Hi @JohnathanHasthorpe I had something similar happen. I'm attaching my SQLite database just in case something can be extracted from it.
I accidentally deleted the wrong record, which deleted 400 actual repeats. I did this on the web app, but when I went to get the SQLite database from the collecting device S123 refreshed and it seems like the database updated. I have the inbox enabled on this survey.
