Record migration between Survey123 forms after question update

Hi, I have a form in Survey123 that already contains many records. I want to update the form by adding two new questions, but when I do that, all existing records are deleted.

I’d like to create a new form that includes all the questions from the original version, along with the two new ones. However, I’d like to know if there’s a way to transfer the records from the previous form to the new one so I can view all the submitted information in the Survey123 web interface.

The idea I have in mind is that in the new form I can visualize the records that were made in the previous one.

Just adding two new questions should not wipe the records.  Is it saying that?

Mine does that quite regularly with even the addition of a single question.
