Hi Everyone,

Can you help me on how to or what is the best way to design the Question in the Survey 123 connect. Please refer the image. I want to design like a table.

I am using app version 3.17.54.

Hello @Kristofer ,

I believe what you are looking for is display the table in Survey form itself. I believe that is not possible at this moment (I will run some tests on it).

However, I can recommend using the available question types like "select_one", "text" or "integer" (depending on the need) to present these as question. You can also add restriction on input if that is needed. As sample may look like below:

I will share more details if I get those after tests. Hope it helps!

Hi Archit,

Thanks for the Quick Response.

But in that case we can't submit the survey for individual category.

I want to submit the survey with all the beneficiary categories.

Thanks,

Sunita

Will this be used in the mobile app or through the web interface? Layout options differ for each, and it may be possible to approximate the design you're looking for in the mobile app using a fixed grid layout.

Something like this?

Don't forget to set "fixed-grid" on the Setting tab:

Hi @abureaux ,

Thanks for the response.

We can do this, but the problem is Grid layouts are not supported in the web app.

Any other alternate / Idea, please let me know.

Sunita

The web app is rather limited, which is why I tend to stick to the Field App.

Sorry, but I am not sure of a good solution for the web app 😞

The only two paths I see are:

  1. Re-design the survey to work in a linear environment.
  2. Have survey takers use the Field App (only viable where customers aren't self-serving)

Hi @Kristofer,

There is a beta testing for grid layouts in the web app next week if you are interested.

Details and the registration link can be found here: https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-survey123-events/arcgis-survey123-beta-testing-sessions/ec-p/15...
