ArcGis Survey123: Map not presenting previously geolocated and pinned locations

I’m using Survey123 for an audit project, where auditors fill out the survey via a browser using the same link. I’ve added a map that automatically pins their location (latitude and longitude) using 'ArcGIS Geocoding Service'.

However, while the map in the 'Data' tab shows previously submitted locations, they don’t appear on the map accessible to the auditors in the survey, meaning they can’t track where they’ve already audited. This worked fine last week when they accessed the survey.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

  1. Set up a web map in Portal (You can use your survey as the point data).
  2. In Connect, go to "Linked Content" tab (along the bottom) > "+ Link content" > "Online map" > search for and add the map you created.
  3. Still in Connect, go to the "Map" tab (along bottom) > click the "base map" selector button (located in the map preview area and above the + and - buttons) > select your map.
  4. Now, when you open your geopoint question, you should see all of the points.

E.g.,
