Pull data from select_one_from_file with a query on the same form

Good morning,

I would like to fill a field on my form with the values of another field on the same form.
I have the project code field that I would like to fill with the code values already entered.
How can I do this?

Are you asking to have choice based on previously submitted answers, or a list based on answers from the same session?  

If it is the prior, this might be what you are after.  Only works for online.

I have ArcGIS enterprise and I replaced the url in autocomplete with the one for my featureServer and it works.
