I created a survey using Survey123 web designer. I published it so I could send it to my supervisor and the project leader for review. After making some changes to the page labels and question labels, saving my changes and republishing, the survey is malfunctioning. I still am getting a message stating there are unpublished changes. When I moved from the Design page to the Collaborate page, I got a message stating there were unsaved changes. The survey also opens on either page 1 or page 2, and not the survey description page.
Is there anything I can do to fix this or do I have to make a new survey (which leads to multiple URLs being circulated)?

I would suggest reaching out to Esri Technical Support to take a closer look, you may be running into BUG-000154545 or BUG-000154641.
