I have a survey linked to a map that shows over 300 site locations. I am having the user annotate a screenshot of the map with SVG Files from a custom palette. Is it possible to lock the map extent over a selected site? Is it possible for the SVG file to be locked (User cannot make the SVG bigger or smaller), but still allow the user to rotate the image?
