Power automate / survey123 and sms via clicksend

I am looking for a solution for sending out text messages to initiate a survey and then to update a survey via a power automate flow usning clicksend within the flow when complete.  The workflow works except sending the URL link https://survey123.arcgis.com which is blacklisted by PhishTank and not alowed to be used with clicksend.  Are there any power automate alternatives that would not block https://survey123.arcgis.com or alternative urls.  We tried using geoevent for the SMS but being AT@T  is stopping the email to text option so now we are looking for an alternative solution or how to get the survey123 website whitelisted.

So, I am assuming that you are sending data to users that have opted into your process and not sending SPAM SMS.  

The way to do this is to get a VoIP style provider, register your number for a 10DLC A2P campaign. and then use the Post to a Rest Endpoint with an HTML Output Connector to send your messages.

An others, a simple google search will probably turn up dozens,  Rates Vary and usually it is per segment (140 Characters) plus a Carrier fee these days.
