Power Automate Flow Import Error

So a colleague created (was created in version 3.16 and is currently published under version 3.18, so I don't know if that broke something) and exported a flow as a zip file. Now this user no longer works at our organization so I have to import it under my Microsoft account. However, I am getting this error.
How can I fix this?
