Power Automate Excel update a row

I am in need of help with the update a row function. I would like to use it to determine what cell should be updated in my excel doc based on answers to Survey123 survey questions.

The first question would determine which row:

The second question would determine the column:

And the data to be entered into the cell would be determined by answering a date question:
