Point-in-polygon designer limiting output fields?

With the October 2022 release of point-in-polygon queries via web designer for Survey123 I've followed the steps but have found that when using some public layers most of the fields are not available as output fields.

For a specific example I'd like to use the USA 117th Congressional Districts map and extract the district number when a field user selects the location they are working at.  However when going through the process described in the tutorial when selecting an output field the only option is "SQMI."  Is there a reason for this?  As you can see in the screenshot below there are nine fields I would think would be available.

To be clear I specifically use the web designer as GIS is new to our agency and we have no specialists, just myself.  I did see the videos on "pull data" but I/we are not at the Connect level yet and I was specifically excited that these "smart" surveys were now going to be a part of the web designer experience.

Any advice/workarounds welcome.  Thanks.

Hello @lmelendez_ADMIN

The difference is likely in the question type, you may have selected integer or decimal as the question type which will only work with integer or decimal fields in the feature service. Looking at the USA 117th Congressional Districts feature service the CDFIPS field is a string so the question will need to be a text question.

Thank you,
Zach
