Pass data into Survey123 radio buttons

Trying to pass data into Survey123 radio buttons using the custom URL scheme. Is this even possible?

Yes this will work like any other question. Just make sure you are passing the value and not the label

arcgis-survey123://?itemID=db73f30dc6264a128ce5e3fcbd98acf0&field:select_one_1=yes
