I only ran into this problem after creating more than one survey...
I'm having issues opening the second survey that I've created. Whenever I tap on the form I want to open (let's call it Form 2), Form 1 opens. I have to try and open Form 2 3-4 times before it actually opens correctly. This happens on two different devices (Motorola G phone and Lenovo TAB 2, both running Android 5.1).
