Are you wanting to view and display the previously collected records in the repeat and then display the new/blank record a the end? Or not show the previously collected records in the repeat at all?
Currently you can not show the previously collected records by not including the query parameter for that repeat. This will default the repeat section to a new/blank record for new data collection.
However, if you want to display all the previously collected records and have the navigation of the repeat set as default to the add new/blank view, this is not currently possible, it always defaults to the first record.
