Hi, I'm creating a survey in a Portal Environment based on Enterprise 10.4.
I want to add custom linework to a geopoint in my survey as read only reference.
I know how to do it in ArcGIS Online and with a webmap (Linked Content, and then Map - Basemap picker) but do not know if I can add a feature layer to the geopoint map on this old tech.
I seem to recall being able to do this way back in 2017 but I'm now doubting that I remember correctly.
Can an old timer please help? Does anyone know when this functionality was introduced?
(Also, I know we need to upgrade our portal... but... I dont make those decisions. 😉 )
