In my survey, I am collecting data from static locations. I used the pulldata() function to pull the lat/lon of the selected site from a csv file linked to my survey form. The geopoint for the survey is calculated based on the lat/lon pulled but is wrongly displayed on web map. I am not sure what the problem could be. Can anyone please assist me on this issue?

My first guess would be to check the coordinate system of the map, both in the map feature layer and under the map option in Survey123 Connect (if you're using it) to make sure they match up with your lat/long.

Thank you for the response @GregKeith . Could you please guide me if the coordinate system of feature layer could be changed within ArcGIS Online itself?
