No Dynamic Content Available (Survey123 Power Automate)

Hello,

I've created one flow successfully that uses the survey123 trigger, creates report, attaches report and then emails attachment.  I am trying to create the exact same flow except using a different form.  The issue I am running into is that when I add the create report I'm not getting any dynamic content to choose from.  

Does anyone have any ideas as to why this is happening and a fix?

Hello @icf_Eric_Link, 

This is usually from the connection to your ArcGIS organization being expired. If you navigate to Data > Connections > select the three dots to the right of your Survey123 connection > select switch account > reenter your ArcGIS credentials.
