Hi,

When reviewing data from my surveys, no base map appears either for the overall data or individual data points. See snapshot below. How do I get it to show a basemap so I can reference where the sites are selected?

It does show all points on the map when I click "Open in map viewer".

I am using Connect xlsForm to create the survey.

Thanks!

Ellen

Have you tried changing the base map using the button in the top right?

Yes. It is blank, nothing shows up.

Hmm

I checked a couple of mine and got this for one. I reloaded the page and it started working again. So, obligatory "did you try turning it off and on again (aka, reload the page)?"

Failing that, when you click on the "Map Gallery" button, what do you see for that survey? If you have something like the Firefly Imagery layer, does selecting that change anything (basically, just wondering if maybe you are at a really small scale - I don't think that's the case, but worth looking into)?

Refresh does not change anything. There are no layers in my Map Gallery. Is that the same "Map Gallery" where you change the base layer?

That may be your issue then. The "Map Gallery" in the S123 Site is linked to your Portal.

Can you check your Basemap Gallery and see if it is set properly?
