New user can't submit with error code not stating why

A new user for Survey123 is experiencing trouble submitting surveys and when reviewing the error when sent doesn't provide any specific code or reason for why the survey wasn't allowed to submit. The survey uploads the images seemingly, but after processing for a few seconds displays a send error with no message.

While checking the drafts created the selected drafts provided an error that only shows the field names within the survey and no other additional information. 

Strangely only this user is experiencing any issues, everyone else using this survey submit their entries normally. The only idea we can come up is that the survey uses choice lists created from tables within ArcGIS and may have errors due to this user being new created a few days ago. This survey is only created and published within the webapp and is not edited in Survey123 Connect so the schema isn't edited to be anything aside from what's created by default.

Any advice or suggestions of how to fix this error would be much appreciated. The errors being showed can be found attached to this post.

Try this:

  • On the user's device, go into Settings
  • Select Diagnostics
  • Enable logging (this will create a log file on the device)
  • Re-send the surveys to reproduce the error
  • Disable logging
  • Get the log file off the device

This will show you a lot of details around what's happening under the hood, should make it easier to troubleshoot.
