Multiple language problem

I'm creating multiple language questionnaires with Survey 123, but I have two English options popping up (see attached image), why?

Also, for the English version, each question option is followed by a small line which I don't have in the excel form - how can I delete it?

This is likely caused by an extra space or some other difference in your XLSForm English language columns. If you attach your XLSForm design to this thread, I am sure the problem can be quickly identified and fixed.
