Hello!
I'm working on a course that uses survey123 to collect students' data about folk items they have collected for an Intro to Anthropology course.
One of the items we'd like students to be able to include is a piece of media representing the folk item. This could be an image, an audio file, or a video. This is the 6th time we've run this project in the past three years, and the issue we always have is file limits. 100mb is still not large enough for some video files. Also, there is a field for image and audio, but not for video unless you use the file upload field.
In the past, we've had students store media items in a Google Drive folder, share the file, and copy the link to the file in Google Drive into a text field in the survey. This presents a number of challenges for an asynchronous online class, however, and ultimately presents the media as a link in the pop-up on the map rather than embedding or streaming media.

Do you have any suggestions for other ways to do this more efficiently in Survey123? How are other users approaching similar issues adding media to a survey123 data collection tool?
