Lock field for editing

I have prepared survey using a hosted feature service in arcgis online. It works great.

The survey is for parcel data and the goal is to be able to edit some fields but not all, so how do I lock some fields for editing while using the values of those fields for searching.

Here is a detailed explanation of what I would like to achieve:

My parcel data contains following fields: APN, OWNER NAME, OWNER ADDRESS, OWNER STATUS.

I like that you can search for records using any of these fields. But I would like the surveyor to only be able to edit OWNER NAME, OWNER ADDRESS, OWNER STATUS, but not the APN.

Can you help  me how I set up my survey to achieve that?

Within your xlsx form, you should be able to mark this question as "read only" by adding a "yes" within the column named "readonly".
