Issues with redundency of certain columns while exporting report in ArcGIS Pro

This question is valid for both Survey123 and ArcGIS Pro Report. I want to export a report in ArcGIS Pro based on data obtained from s123. The data includes multiple properties and each property with multiple units. I want to set a report in such a way that it exports the property details of a property, say, White House, only once and then exports information for all units for that property. Then, it should export details for another property and its units. 

I am having issues with it exporting property names multiple times—as many times as there are units. I want to remove this redundancy.
