Is there a way to trigger only the edited attribute info through webhook instead of passing all the information for that record using Integromat?

I have a Survey 123 form connected with Integromat. It is running well. However, I need to build a scenario that triggers when any new record is added or edited and passes (email in my design) only the edited/added attribute info instead of passing all the fields for that feature/record using Integromat. 

Any insights on this will be highly appreciated!
