Is it possible to connect a link from Survey 123 connect to my crowdsource reporting app?

I have built a survey using survey 123 connect and built a a crowdsource reporter app is there a way that I can add a link to this within my survey?

You can use HTML formatting in a note question to display a link to your crowdsource reporter app, please refer to this documentation for what HTML tags are supported.
