Hi @MichaelSinclairStantec , i've seen this before and it's been related to poor or no signal as well as an offline/inbox issue. You might be able to search by the error code the survey is giving you but here's a few quick fixes that might help. One of the times I was able to resolve it was to have the field user download the app again, make sure the latest version was downloaded, and to plan on limiting photo size or by bringing a wifi-puck or hotspot to ensure connection and prevent loss. What version are you using and did the survey submission succeed when the user returned to wifi/office range or is it still stuck on the device?
