Inbox Stuck on "Adding rows to Inbox"

I have a lot of Survey123 questions lately...

Any thoughts on an inbox that is suck on this screen. I've tried it with and without an inbox query, as well as in the map and list inboxes. It get stuck every time. Screenshot below. I also have a diagnostics log but it doesn't say much as I didn't get very far into the process of submitting a survey.

Never mind, I figured it out! It didn't like the way I had the instance name formatted.
