I have been getting a lot of feedback from users that it is clunky only being able to select photos one at a time from the gallery.
I've seen somewhere that "Gallery Multi-select" has already been logged as an enhancement but I can't find or access it.
Can anyone find or know about related posts or an actual logged enhancement?
Thanks
Josh
Yes it got added. Add multiline to appearance.
If you want users to submit more than one photo with your survey, you can either add multiple image questions or alternatively use the multiline appearance on an image question. There are good cases for both approaches. For now, lets start with the multiline appearance:
type | name | label | appearance |
geopoint | location | Incident location | |
image | photo | Incident photos | multiline |
Support for the multiline appearance for image questions was added in version 3.10. When using the multiline appearance you will initially not see much of a difference in your form. However, after you take the first photo, you will see that new options appear for you to take additional photos and navigate through all the photos you have taken.

Thanks Doug,
I already have multiline entered. What I was interested in was being able to select multiple photos from the gallery All at once instead of having to select 1 photo from the gallery, then select another photo from the gallery, one by one etc. Do you know if this has been mentioned before?
Josh
Sorry after I wrote that I was wondering if that was what you meant. No sorry have not heard.
