Image map not working on web app

My image-map questions work perfectly in the app version, but currently not working on web app. Is there any workaround for this? Is this something that is planned to be fixed in future updates?

image-map appearance is not supported when using the web form:

That's a good question and one that I don't have an answer to.   I do share in the same frustration as you, though.  Many times I have the field app set up just the way I want and then I try using it as a web form and it doesn't work.  Hopefully Esri will strive for more unity between the two.
