I have successfully published a survey to my Portal via Survey123 Connect, but I would like to interact with it via Survey123.arcgis.com. As far as I can tell, I can only sign into the Survey123 site with my ArcGIS Online account, not my Portal account. Is there any way to link Portal to the Survey123 site? Or is there a way to interact with the published survey and results on Portal in a similar manner to how you can interact with it on the website?

Hi Ben,
To sign in to your portal in the Survey123 website, browse to the following URL in your browser, with the provided example portal replaced with your own portal's URL:
https://survey123.arcgis.com/?portalUrl=https://exampleportal.esri.com/arcgis
It's documented online here:
Use Survey123 with ArcGIS Enterprise—Survey123 for ArcGIS | Documentation

Hey Ben Wagner,
If you go to Survey123.arcgis.com and click sign in, you will see this page. Click on Enterprise Login and you can put your portal details in.
Thanks,
Ben

Also make sure your arcgis server trusts https://*.arcgis.com
(as per documentation referenced a few posts up)
I am waiting to get this white listed on the server machine but am hopeful it will solve my S123 issue as well as issues with our print templates.
Why do I only get an option to sign in through AGOL? no enterprise login option using that URL
Hey shapirot;
See solution above. You need to copy and paste this URL into your browser and replace the portal with your portal URL. Leave https:// and enter your portal. Survey123 will then save the assigned portal.
https://survey123.arcgis.com/?portalUrl=https://exampleportal.esri.com/arcgis
