How to add date column to a question/choice grid

Hi,

Is there a way to add a date column to the single choice grid question in Survey123? I am trying to add date for each sample collection for conducting tests in labs. The question grid is attached. I would be thankful to you for your advice.

Hi Indra,

No, this is not possible. The single choice grid question is based on select one question types, where choices are selected from a list and displayed as a grid. It is not designed for other question types.

Alternatively you could think about using grid theme, which allows you to change the layout of the form into columns, where you can have multiple questions of different types side by side.
