@SanchezNuñez can you give some details about what it is you are trying to do? Ostensibly, 'getting' that value might be as simple as calculating a field to equal the value picked from a question with a drop down. For instance, if you have question1 with dropdown values apple, pear, orange, and you want to pass that answer to question2 then you could put "${question1}" in the Calculation field of your xlsx spreadsheet on the question2 row. But it can also be very different depending on what 'getting the value' means and how you are going to use it.
