Highlighted edited fields in a report

Hello Everyone,

I have created a somewhat complicated survey form for a security department. It records daily logs and incident logs for each security personnel. Two reports are generated from each submittal - a daily log report and none to several incident reports (if there were any incidents). The incident reports can be rather involved and sometimes they require follow up and/or changes. The reports are auto-generated once submitted and they are emailed to the security supervisor.

However, when there is a changed made, there is no way to know what data as be changed on the report itself (unless then compare the two).

Is there any way to highlighted changed values in a report?
