I am facing an issue where I as a group manager am able to to submit a survey and it appear in Survey123 within seconds. But the other group members are unable to submit even they are logged in and can send the survey but nothing appears in system... Can someone help with it please?
Can you please provide more details related to the methods that you have used to create, share, and take the survey?
1. Was the survey created using the Survey123 web designer on the Survey123 website, or using Survey123 Connect?
2. Are the surveys being taken using the Survey123 field app or the Survey123 web app?
3. Have you shared the survey to the Group using the 'Collaborate' options within the Survey123 website, or another method?
4. Are there any signs that the survey has not been sent? (errors, exclamation points) or are there confirmations that they survey(s) have been sent?
The answers to these questions will help in determining what may be causing the issue.
