Hi, I am facing an issue where I as a group manager am able to to submit a survey and it appear in Survey123 within seconds. But the other group members are unable to submit even they are logged in and can send the survey but nothing appears in system... Can someone help with it please? Thanks

Hi James, Thanks for your reply. I am not able to use this on the date field i think...? I keep having this error, get errors when preprocessing the template: ScopeParserError: Scope parser execution failed The scope parser for the tag rpt_dte |utcOffset:"+01:00" failed to execute ? ${rpt_dte |utcOffset:"+01:00"} I think the offset tag is for time fields only? Hello, I am facing now a new issue and it's with the reports in Survey123. So we have a field named "Reporting Date" and I have placed the field in my template for reports. but when i generate the report the date is one day less than the date its actually reported...?? is this because of timezone? mine is Kabul Afghanistan Time (AFT) is 4:30 hours ahead of Coordinated Universal Time This is how it's shown on Survey123 web. and after generating a report it's one day less....weird! please let me know how to fix.. thanks

Hi Philip, Thanks for replying. I am using version 2.6.4 on Windows 10. Well I did delete the field first and recreated again. but I added more field too by simply inserting a row above or below the field I want in xlsform but still no changes take place. also without deleting or renaming any field and just by adding new fields by inserting a row above or below the field I want in xlsform it still stuck on publish page. I made a survey form in Survey123 connect app and we collected some data and we got to know that we have to add a new field. lets take an example. OLD: Name, Father Name, NIC #. Picture1. New: First Name, Last Name, NIC#, Picture1, Picture2, when I ask for upload and tick add the the following new fields when publishing to green and I publish survey. and this screen stays like forever, circling and circling.... do anyone know how to fix? thanks
