I would like to know if there is a way to generate Qr code through a survey form field.

Hi @JavierCMartínezPrieto,

I don't believe it is currently possible to add attachments to surveys from a URL. You'll probably need to introduce another tool to accomplish this task. Here are some ideas:

• Power Automate / Make (formerly Integromat) – note this wouldn't show attachments in your survey feature layer, they'd be stored in OneDrive, for example.
• Custom JavaScript functions in Survey123 – there are some comments on this post asking the same question as yours, see this answer. I'm not sure it is possible for JS to interact with attachments.
• Add Attachments (Data Management) – ArcGIS Pro | Documentation – this is probably going to be your best bet. You could use Python to get the image from the URL and attach it.
