I'm being asked to make all of our Feature Reports that are generated with Survey123 compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 at level AA criteria.  We're using CommonLook software to review Word documents for compliance with WCAG 2.0.  As part of this process I need to manually update tables in the Word document to assign header and data fields and a summary for the tables.  When I run a Feature Report using the WCAG 2.0 compliant template, none of the table formatting carries over to the new document.  Manually assigning the header and data fields and a summary for each table is very time consuming. Is there a way to retain the table formatting in a template that is saved to Survey123?  Thank you

Hi Steven,

Could you share a copy of your form and template so that we could examine the formatting and attempt to reproduce?  Please feel free to e-mail me directly at jtedrick AT esri.com.
